An introduction to neuroscience to help you refresh and feel familiar with common terms before you commence ASI1 or USI1. Especially recommended if your undergraduate training had little neuroscience, or you studied a while ago.

Asynchronous independent study with a paediatric focus for those with prior neuroscience knowledge and understanding. Please note this in the non-MSc Advancing Practice route masterclass. Therapists have reported that the live and interactive module, which includes neuroscience relevant to practice across the lifespan, better meets the learning needs of UK and Ireland therapists. UK therapists requiring comprehensive interactive learning about neuroscience and confidence with the anatomy and physiology of the brain and how this relates to Ayres’ SI across the lifespan, are strongly advised to complete our ASI1 or UUSI1 Live and Interactive module.
