Asynchronous independent study with a paediatric focus for those with prior neuroscience knowledge and understanding. Please note this in the non-MSc Advancing Practice route masterclass. Therapists have reported that the live and interactive module, which includes neuroscience relevant to practice across the lifespan, better meets the learning needs of UK and Ireland therapists. UK therapists requiring comprehensive interactive learning about neuroscience and confidence with the anatomy and physiology of the brain and how this relates to Ayres’ SI across the lifespan, are strongly advised to complete our ASI1 or UUSI1 Live and Interactive module.
UUSI2 includes hands-on learning about sensory integration, including praxis with various assessments, including administration, scoring and interpretation to inform clinical reasoning. This module includes the EASI Manual, paper printable pro formas, FLIQ, and a one-year free EASI Scoring Platform (ESP) subscription.
Module 3 is a hands on practical review of all aspects of sensory integration and praxis with a variety of assessments including administration and scoring of the assessments from Module 2.
